Qualifications

• Must have training and experience in public health, nursing, health education, or health administration.
• Valid driver's license required for an Agency Vehicle.
• Ability to lift and manage health education materials effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide health education to families with young children.
• Work closely with Home Visitor staff on case management.
• Conduct prenatal and post-natal wellness checks.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license for operating Agency Vehicle

Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Medical Assisting or CNA certification
