Zusammenfassung

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to join our home-based early intervention teams in California.

You will conduct developmental assessments and deliver speech therapy to infants and toddlers within families’ homes and community settings, following IFSP plans and coaching caregivers. We offer flexible schedules, a sign-on bonus up to $1000, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set development goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.
