People Incorporated is hiring a part-time Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT services in Massachusetts. You will assess children, guide families using the IFSP, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child development.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in MA.
• Experience in sensory feeding or prematurity preferred.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR First Aid certification.
• Early Intervention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based OT services and assessments.
• Guide families using the IFSP.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Support families with advocacy and resources.
• Mentor OT students and assistants.
