Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking a part-time Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy and assessments in homes and community settings for children birth to 3. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support families with referrals and guidance.

Requirements include Massachusetts licensure as an SLP, experience with pediatric EI, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Massachusetts (Massachusetts licensure required).
• Experience with feeding, autism, or social communication preferred.
• Preference for pediatric early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and assessments in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Support families with advocacy, referrals and guidance.
• Supervise and mentor students and assistants.
• Grow professionally with certification and ongoing training.
