Job summary

Abound Health in Enola, PA is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities. This role helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Full-time and part-time hours are available. We offer a $1,000 signing bonus, competitive hourly wages of $17.00–$25.00, weekly pay, paid onboarding, and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• 18+ years old and HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
