Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes in Coconut Creek, FL.

The PRN role offers schedule flexibility, one-on-one geriatric care, and the autonomy to support independence and safety for older adults in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include treatment under plan of care, communication with care teams, and education for patients and caregivers to promote safety at home.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida COTA license is required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
