Making Space is seeking a Community Navigator to connect adults in Huntingdonshire with local services, groups, and emotional support to reduce isolation and support independent living.

The role is predominantly home-based with some local travel. You will assess needs, guide options, and signpost to appropriate services while upholding the company’s values of Kind Hearts and Dreaming Big.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
• Experience in assessing needs and producing plans to meet outcomes.
• Able to align with Making Space values and person-centered approaches.
