Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in-home, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans. The role includes supervising Direct Support Professionals and delivering family consultations and trainings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience with children/adolescents with diverse health needs.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Access to secured high speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (not clinicians).
• Complete required documentation (progress reports, treatment plans).
• Guide staff to ensure effective home-based services for clients.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinicianis responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinicianwill be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.

The Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinicianwill supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
