Oklahoma State University’s Center for Local Government Technology seeks a CAMA Specialist I to support software implementation, training, and ongoing assistance for county assessors and deputies. Travel within the state is expected to perform appraisals support and cadastral mapping.

The role involves presenting on property valuations, attending professional trainings, and contributing to annual planning and performance goals. Home-based with travel, some evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualificações

• High School/GED required; degree preferred by start date.
• Three years of related work experience in real estate appraisal, county assessor work, CAMA software, or related management.

Responsabilidades

• Support CAMA software implementation, training and support.
• Assist with real and personal property appraisals and cadastral mapping.
• Provide orientation and ongoing assistance to County Assessors and deputies in CAMA and mapping.
• Attend conferences to present on property valuations and CAMA systems.
