Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree must be conferred on or before start date.
• Seven (7) years of experience with CAMA, Mapping, or Land Parcel Inventory software OR nine (9) years in property assessment field.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Specialist performs professional duties in ATAP and other programs as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients in interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop program work plans and adjust annual goals.
• Travel in-state up to five nights per week.
