A Second Chance Inc. seeks a Specialized Behavioral Health Resource Parent Support Worker to support resource families caring for children with behavioral health needs.

You will conduct home-based monitoring, crisis intervention, caregiver training, and coordinate with service providers to promote treatment goals and placement stability. Responsibilities include regular home visits, training resource parents, crisis prevention, and maintaining accurate case records in compliance with agency

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working with children and families in a professional or volunteer capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Biweekly home visits to monitor resource homes and ensure treatment goals.
• Provide training and support to resource parents.
• Crisis prevention strategies and crisis intervention support.
• Interface with service providers for service delivery and planning meetings.
• Carry out required documentation and maintenance of case records.
