Job summary

APM, a nonprofit based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Specialized Behavioral Health Resource Parent Support Worker (SBH RPSW). This on-site position supports SBH Resource Parents by training, coaching, and coordinating with case managers to uphold the Single Case Plan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, plus at least one year in behavioral health settings and PA clearances. Responsibilities include supervision, case management, and community-based support.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience providing services to children, youth or families in a behavioral health setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
• Clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI) and health clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly supervision.
• Maintain up to 14 case load.
