Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-1, home-based behavioral support for children from birth to 21 under BCBA supervision. The role involves data collection, implementing individualized plans, and collaborating closely with families to ensure treatment fidelity.

The position offers flexible part-time, evening, and afternoon hours with paid training and opportunities for growth, in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with children and families.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with adapting to a fast-paced home-based setting.
• Ability to document progress and follow instructions accurately.
• Commitment to HIPAA and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA by training families to implement plans.
• Be responsive to client and family needs and to supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
• Assist with activities and safe handling of children aged 2–15.
