Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to join a national ABA team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under BCBA guidance, collecting data and supporting families with individualized plans.

Flexible part-time evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and potential benefits with full-time roles are offered. You will help children aged 2–21 and contribute to meaningful growth for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to assigned locations.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental challenges preferred.
• Ability to work in home-based settings with flexible scheduling.
• HIPAA confidentiality compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Assist BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Engage children physically and adapt activities to each session.
• Schedule Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, with some weekends.
