Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA treatment in clients' homes, partnering with BCBAs in a fast-paced, family-centered setting. This role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

You will support treatment plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors to adapt activities. Experience with children and a passion for helping families are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
