Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (R/BT) to provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans for behavioral, social, and daily living skills, while offering flexible schedules and BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience with disabilities, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within a local area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience with children that have disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based direct treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Implement specific treatment plans addressing behavioral, social, daily living, and community skills.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA clinician to ensure client progress.
