Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs for individuals with ASD. You will lead behavior analysis services, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure high-quality care in a home-based setting.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of ABA experience. A flexible schedule with a strong benefits package is offered, including a sign-on bonus and potential relocation

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
Experience with ASD and other behavioral needs.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Knowledge of current research and best practices in ABA.
Ability to pass a background check.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide direct therapy services to clients as needed.
Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
Maintain accurate records and progress documentation.
Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethics.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
