Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD. This full-time, permanent role emphasizes data-driven treatment, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

The position offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus relocation support, and a capped caseload, with no weekends and generous PTO. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy and behavior analysis experience.
• Experience with ASD and other behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior plans.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed.
• Lead parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate client progress records.
