Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services seeks a BCBA to evaluate, design, and implement ABA therapy plans with reliable data collection and family/staff collaboration. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral and skill development needs of clients.

The candidate will define problems, collect data, and communicate findings to management. Strong BACB credentials and a Master’s degree are required, with emphasis on diagnostic tools and sensory/behavioral

Qualifications

• National Certification by BACB.
• Master’s Degree in relevant field from an accredited university.
• Completion of eight-hour online training on BACB experience standards preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine programming, frequency, and therapy plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan with long- and short-range objectives and progress evaluation.
• Prepare required reports for insurance requests from parents/guardians.
• Arrange parent meetings to train and communicate with families.
• Maintain minimum 10% direct and 10% indirect supervision per week per client.
