Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our home-based team in a full-time, permanent role. You will design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs, collaborating with medical professionals to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

The position offers a highly competitive salary of $100,000 to $115,000 per year, paid relocation and a sign-on bonus, with a capped caseload and no weekend OT.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services as needed.
• Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
