Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State Licensure where required.
• ABA experience preferred, RBT background a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Directors to troubleshoot and uphold best practices.
