Job summary

Get Set ABA in the Baltimore area is hiring experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team. We serve children on the autism spectrum and their families, providing meaningful progress through data-driven ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards.
• Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new RBTs or BCBAs as needed.
