Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional growth.

Flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team help you focus on delivering high-quality care. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 annually with a retention bonus and a robust bonus program for full-time staff, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or exam within the next 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Move and supervise children during sessions, including physical activities as required.
