Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a BCBA to join a growing team in a hybrid/remote capacity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, modify treatment plans, and consult with families while working closely with a Clinical Manager for scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload management.
