Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in home-based settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality care.

You will also supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed records including progress notes and billing documentation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA therapy programs for children with ASD in home-based settings.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs on the team.
• Collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
