ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) in California seeks a BCBA-certified professional to design and oversee tailor-made ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

This remote, in-state residency role offers competitive compensation ($90,000–$105,000 yearly) plus up to $30,000 in incentives, generous PTO, benefits, and opportunities to lead and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• California Residency required.
• Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
• Proven experience developing and implementing client programs in ABA.
• Lead, train and support entry-level staff.
• Criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations required.
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with autism and special needs.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs for each child.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high‑quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver direct services.
• Utilize data collection software to track client progress.
• Engage with a cross‑functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
