Job summary

Nekton Autism seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-on-1 ABA in home-based settings for children ages 0-21. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and coordinate with families and BCBAs. Part-time/evening hours are available with flexible scheduling and paid training.

A valid RBT is a plus, and bilingual candidates are welcome. Reliable transportation is required to reach client homes in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (weekends a plus).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is a nice-to-have.
• Passion for working with clients using ABA.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Perform other tasks as outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
