Job summary

ABA Dynamic is seeking a Home-Based Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across New York City and surrounding areas. You will work closely with families to create supportive, joyful learning environments tailored to each child.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy working in personal settings, and are passionate about making a localized impact in the community through direct home-based intervention and collaborative parent coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA therapy in client settings.
• Ability to work with families to implement strategies.
• Commitment to data-driven progress and session notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 ABA interventions in the client’s home, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with families to implement behavior strategies during daily routines.
• Identify and utilize natural opportunities within the home to teach new skills.
• Follow the BIP and skill acquisition goals written by the BCBA.
• Log session notes and data via a mobile device immediately after each home visit.
• Maintain safety and adhere to trauma-informed safety protocols.
