Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1-1 ABA treatment under BCBA supervision in a center-based setting in New York. This role involves engaging with children on the autism spectrum, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Experience handling confidential information preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and adjust plans
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and team
• Assist with physically engaging activities as children move around
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
