Job summary

Triumph ABA in New York is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to implement in-home or community-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and support families in applying Behavior Intervention plans.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children or related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work with supervisors.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy regulations must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and observed behavior changes.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with therapy team, including BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families and stakeholders.
