Job summary

Norway Health Center seeks a Behavioral Intervention Specialist II to deliver home-based EIDBI ABA services for children and youth under 21. You will work under supervision of BCBAs, promoting growth, independence, and meaningful progress with families in the home and community.

The role emphasizes data-informed practice, collaboration with families, and adherence to DHS/EIDBI guidelines. Hybrid work in the Twin Cities area is offered with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications pathways include Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Experience pathways.
• Must provide documentation to verify eligibility as an EIDBI Level 2 provider.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Pass a criminal background check; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention in home and community.
• Support skill development in communication, daily living, social interaction, safety, and emotional regulation.
• Collect and record data on targeted goals and share observations with other providers.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization in daily routines.
• Participate in supervision, coaching, and required training to ensure fidelity to ABA methods.
