Job summary

Norway Health Center LLC in Saint Paul, MN is hiring an EIDBI Level 2 Provider to deliver 1:1, home-based ABA services for children and youth with ASD under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include developing skills, collecting data, and collaborating with families to promote independence, with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay between $20 and $27 according to experience. This role supports in-home and community-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field and 1,000 hours of clinical ASD experience OR equivalent graduate coursework or DHS-recognized certification.
• BCaBA or RBT certification or equivalent DHS-recognized modality.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention in home and community per ITP.
• Support skill development in communication, daily living, social skills, and emotional regulation.
• Collect data on goals and share with supervising BCBA.
