Job summary

Norway Health Center LLC in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Behavioral Intervention Specialist II (EIDBI) to deliver home-based ABA services under supervision. You will support children and youth with ASD, build skills, and partner with families to promote growth and independence in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet one of the listed qualification pathways.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and community ABA-based intervention following ITP goals.
• Support skill development in communication, daily living, social interaction, safety, and regulation.
• Collect data and share observations to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization in natural routines.
• Participate in supervision, coaching, and DHS/EIDBI training to ensure fidelity.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to professional and program standards.
