Job summary

Norway Health Center seeks a dedicated EIDBI Level 3 Provider to deliver home-based ABA services to children and youth up to 21. Under supervision, you will support skill development, reduce barrier behaviors, and partner with families to promote growth, independence, and meaningful daily progress.

You will help build positive routines, support caregivers, and contribute to high-quality, dignity-centered services rooted in data-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and employed by the EIDBI provider agency.
• Complete Level 3 training within six months of employment.
• One of: HS diploma/GED; fluent in a non-English language or tribal nation certification; or 1 year ASD-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home and community intervention per the IT plan.
• Develop functional skills in communication, daily living, social, safety, and regulation domains.
• Record data on targeted goals and share updates with supervising providers.
• Honor family values, culture, language, and preferences in service delivery.
• Collaborate with families to generalize skills to natural routines.
