Job summary

Norway Health Center in Minnesota is seeking a Behavioral Intervention Specialist II to join our home-based EIDBI ABA program. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services 1:1 in clients’ homes and communities under BCBA supervision, supporting skill development and family collaboration.

The role requires flexibility for part-time or full-time hours in a hybrid work setting, with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Prior ASD experience is preferred; driving and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications require one of the listed pathways in the job ad.
• Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and empathy in client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention in home and community per the ITPl.
• Support skill development in communication, daily living, social interaction, safety, and regulation.
• Collect and record data and share observations to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization in daily routines.
• Participate in supervision, coaching, and required training to ensure fidelity.
• Utilize crisis management techniques to maintain safety and best practices.
• Maintain timely documentation and follow all ethical program standards.
• Complete mandated trainings per DHS/EIDBI guidelines.
