We are launching a home‑based EIDBI ABA program in Norway Health Center, supporting children and youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental needs. We utilize positive reinforcement within an ABA framework to build skills, teach new abilities, and reduce behaviors that limit independence. We value dignity, respect, and a supportive work environment where professionals can thrive.

  • Support skill development in areas such as communication, daily living, social interaction, safety, and emotional regulation.
  • Collect and record data on targeted goals and share observations with the Level 1 provider to support ongoing treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote skill generalization in natural routines and daily activities.
  • Participate in supervision, coaching, and required training to ensure fidelity to ABA methods and EIDBI guidelines.
  • Utilize crisis management techniques when necessary to maintain safety and uphold best practices.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and follow all professional, ethical, and program standards.
