Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under supervision of BCBA. You will collect data and support families in implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA confidentiality emphasized.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s) and assist as needed.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
