Job summary

Kids Lead ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to work one-on-one with children in their homes in Macomb County, MI. No ABA experience required; training and ongoing support provided by the BCBA/Owner.

This part-time on-site role offers evening hours with potential growth to full-time as caseload grows. Responsibilities include delivering sessions, data collection, and implementing ABA treatment plans under supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or a related degree is a plus.
• Experience with children or developmental/behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill data.
• Follow evidence-based intervention procedures.
• Build relationships and help children develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills.
