Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Mears, Michigan seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to children in homes and community settings. You will follow BCBA-created treatment plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with kids and families, with a focus on development in a supportive, small-team environment. Evening, part-time hours required, in-person work only.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to homes and community sites on time.
• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date).
• Previous experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques.
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families.
