ASK Consulting is seeking a Product Support Specialist in Plano, TX. The role is a 12-month contract with pay of $28–$30 per hour, and all work directly on ASK Consulting's payroll.

The candidate will enhance service guides, translate complex requirements, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Home Appliance and Electronic Products, working independently and with cross-functional teams. Ideal applicants hold an Engineering degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong problem

Qualificações

• 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Maintain technical knowledge within Client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
• Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality
