Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Wellness team under the Health and Wellness Director. This part-time role focuses on holistic resident care and supervising day-to-day nursing activities by Certified Nursing Assistants.

You will monitor resident health, assist in medication oversight, and ensure compliance with regulations. 22–29 hours/week, every other weekend optional, $36–$38 per hour.

Qualifications

• LPN license and nursing degree required.
• Experience with long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple residents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff per state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
