Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in Bridgewater, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Wellness Nurse under the Health and Wellness Director. The role emphasizes holistic resident wellness and supervising care staff.

This full-time position requires at least 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of $35–$38 per hour. Nursing duties include resident monitoring, medication administration oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and nursing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new applications.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assists in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervises care staff in line with regulations and policies.
• Maintains clinical quality assurance per federal, state, local standards.
