Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in New Jersey. The nurse will provide direct care to residents, supervise care staff, and support holistic wellness under the RN Health and Wellness Director.

The position requires an active LPN license, 2+ years in long-term care or related settings, and experience with residents with Alzheimer's. 22-29 weekly hours, 7a-3p, every other weekend, with benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer's or other dementias.
• Able to multitask and follow federal/state nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety and well-being of all residents.
• Assist in training and supervising medication administration.
• Supervise care staff per regulations and policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Deliver high-quality service and uphold company mission.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
