Formación
- Current Registered Nurse certification to practice in Texas.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience.
- RN licensed or LPC/LMSW as applicable per state requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate Integrated Care with community services to address health needs.
- Supervise staff and interns; provide feedback and evaluations.
- Deliver recovery-oriented nursing care and develop care plans.
- Educate patients about health issues and available resources.
- Maintain pharmaceutical oversight and stock records.
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities, data collection and analysis.
- Develop wellness programming on-site and off-site.
- Create informational tools for clients and staff.
