• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of academic advising or related experience.
• Demonstrated independent judgment in handling complex student situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse student populations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office environment with occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Advise undergraduate students across assigned Arts & Sciences departments on degree requirements and progress.
• Manage communications with current students on deadlines, policy updates, and curriculum changes.
• Apply independent judgment to complex, non-routine student situations and referrals.
• Lead major declaration processes and coordinate orientations and workflows.
• Collaborate with faculty, program directors, and campus partners to align advising.
• Maintain FERPA-compliant records and generate program reports.
