Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support store operations during the busy season in Naples, FL. You will assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and keep the store neat and ready for shoppers.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service, working with a collaborative team, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand and move throughout store.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Assist sales team in replenishing floor stock.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and POS transactions.
• Help customers with product selection and gift ideas.
• Maintain organized stockroom and clean store environment.
• Support fulfillment, pickups and deliveries as needed.
