Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to support store teams during the holiday season. You will help keep shelves stocked, displays complete, and the stockroom ready to fulfill customer orders, while engaging customers with product knowledge and friendly service.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available weekends around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Weekend and some weekday hours are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist
• Weekend availability around Thanksgiving and Christmas required
• Part-Time role with weekend and at least one weekday or night

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks and keep stockroom organized
• Ensure product displays on the sales floor are stocked and accessible
• Process incoming/outgoing packages including curbside pick-up and ship-from-store
• Support sales and service goals and store profitability
• Promote promotions, brand initiatives, and store services to customers
• Maintain loss prevention, security, and safety according to policies
• Collaborate with team to work safely and efficiently
