Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during the holiday season. You will welcome customers, connect them with the right associate, and support the selling team across store areas.

Responsibilities include processing point-of-sale transactions, resolving escalated issues with management, and assisting with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with Operations.

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-centric role with proven selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
• Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
• Connect customers with management to resolve escalated issues.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with Operations and store managers.
• Introduce relevant services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
