Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping days. You will focus on sales, guest service, and maintaining a clean, organized selling floor to enhance the guest experience.

You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, stock merchandise, and help drive sales while upholding store policies and security practices. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and helping with video game needs.
• Recommend additional items, process transactions, and thank guests for their visit.
• Support store visual and operational standards and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
• Stock, restock, and organize merchandise on shelves and in the selling area.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while maintaining store standards.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
