Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, and engaging in selling behaviors.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and presenting products on the selling floor.
• Help the team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to GameStop policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
